The first Pon HubSpot User Group Event

On May 13th, we hosted an HubSpot User Group event, together with Gazelle and Swapfiets. This event brought together HubSpot users within Pon Holdings to share knowledge and experiences.

Thirteen HubSpot users from diverse backgrounds divided amongst six companies attended the event. The intimate group size allowed for in-depth discussions and personalized interactions, ensuring that everyone had the opportunity to share and learn.

Sharing Insights and Experiences

Implementation of lifecycle stages: Our first presenter, Luc Overbeek, shared the experiences at Gazelle into their marketing automation strategy with the use of HubSpot. He outlined the steps they took to enhance their marketing efforts, pinpointing the implementation of the lifecycle stages. This presentation highlighted Gazelle's journey towards a more efficient and effective marketing process. This taught us that no matter how much scale your business has, optimizing the core lifecycle stages in HubSpot is always the right starting point.

Transition from Zendesk to HubSpot: The second presentation was delivered by Christoph Eilers from Swapfiets. Christoph shared their journey transitioning from Zendesk to HubSpot. He detailed the challenges and successes Swapfiets encountered during the switch, highlighting the enhanced integration with their marketing and sales efforts. Christoph's presentation provided a practical example of how transitioning to HubSpot can streamline operations and drive better results for businesses. And showed how HubSpot can work with high scale service teams.

HubSpot Roadmap: Our third presentation at the HubSpot User Group was given by Steven Van Duyse from IO, who talked about Revenue Operations (RevOps) and the evolving HubSpot ecosystem. Steven explored the latest additions to HubSpot, providing a comprehensive overview of new features that enhance the platform's functionality. He also discussed the current beta features, offering insights into what users can expect as these tools become widely available. Looking ahead, Steven shared exciting future releases, highlighting how these upcoming innovations will further empower businesses to streamline their operations and drive growth using HubSpot.

After a delicious lunch and factory tour, we went on with an interaction session. Focused on addressing challenges encountered within HubSpot, we made a list and discussed ways the problems can be addressed aimed at finding solutions to these issues.  This interactive session helped to understand each other's struggles and also solved some of those problems. Overall, it was a great way to end the event.

Looking Ahead

By sharing knowledge and experiences, participants gained valuable insights and made connections with other HubSpot users. The success of our HubSpot User Group event has inspired us to organize future Hubspot User Group events. Our goal is to create a place where HubSpot users from Pon can learn from each other. We also want to help them get the most out of HubSpot and achieve their business goals through effective use of the software.

Thank you to everyone who participated and contributed to making this event a success. Stay tuned for announcements about our next HubSpot User Group meeting.
